Clearly state the reason for the return and provide any necessary supporting documentation. Our customer support team will review your request and guide you through the return process.  

 

  • Refunds (If Applicable):  

Upon receiving your returned item and completing the inspection, an email will be sent to confirm the item's reception. The email will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund request.Please anticipate a processing time of approximately (5-7) five to seven days for your refund to be processed.
